Brushed fabrics include brushed sweaters, scarves, square scarves, neck covers, velvet hats, etc. The texture is mostly acrylic products, followed by pure hair. Acrylic has the characteristics of electrostatic vacuuming, and the fluff is prone to dust accumulation. If the brushed clothes are improperly washed, they will easily deform, shrink the board and lose their elasticity, and will moreover cause the fluff to fall, affecting softness and fluff.
The method of washing brushed fabrics is: rinse neutral washing powder or soap slices with hot water and stir well, and use cool water to match it to about 30 degrees. First soak the clothes with clean water, then put them in the detergent solution and rub them up and down repeatedly to make the dust in the fluff flow out. If there is a lot of dust on the collar and cuffs, you can also wipe some soap and rub it with your hands. Clean the washed clothes with clean water, then squeeze them out of moisture, do not twist them vigorously. It is best to place them flat when drying, and use your hands to smooth them from top to bottom to make the fluff initially smooth. When it is dried until 70% dry, use a soft brush to brush the fur smoothly, and then hang it on a clothes rack until it is completely dry. This not only is it plush and fluffy as new, but the shape of the clothes remains unchanged. If you don’t have time to velvet and the wash parts are completely dry, you can prevent it from being smoked on the steam and brush the velvet immediately while it is tide, and you can also shiny it.
If the brushed scarf is dirty, you can soak it in cold water first, then put it in warm water, add detergent and gently rub it, then wash it in clean water of the same temperature a few times, and finally put a little vinegar in the cold water for about 1 minute, pick it up with your hands, shake it with a drying bucket or gently wring it out with your hands to dry it in a cool place. After drying, use a soft brush to gently brush along the plush. In this way, the fur-tie scarf is soft and swelling, and the luster is not diminished.
Pay special attention when washing brushed scarves. Remember to use water with too high temperature, otherwise the scarf will easily become hard.
