According to

reporter Wilson González Bronce, the transaction of Enciso to join Strasbourg and Chelsea has failed.

The reporter said that Chelsea's parent company BlueCo Group decided to give up the introduction of Enciso. The player will stay in Brighton.

Previously, Romano had HWG confirmed that Enciso would play for Strasbourg first and then join Chelsea, with a transfer fee of 20 million euros. Romano later revealed that Enciso had undergone an additional medical examination because he had suffered serious injuries several months ago. The failure of the deal is likely to be a concern for Chelsea’s old injuries.
