Sky Sports reporter Rob Dorsett reported that Chris Wilder, Sean Dyche and Danny Roll are all candidates for Leicester City's new coach.

In the past few days, Leicester City has interviewed several head coach candidates, including Chris Wilder and Sean Dyche, and the club hopes to complete the appointment within this week. Currently, Wilder and Dyche are both unemployed.

But Xie's coach Danny Roll remains an important option for Leicester City. Sky Sports learned that the compensation required to take him away from Xie's Wednesday has been reduced to less than £1 million, but other issues behind the scenes may complicate the appointment.

Xie is facing a serious financial crisis on Wednesday and has been owed players' salaries for two consecutive months. Some players participated in pre-season training camps at St. George's Park this week, but it's not yet certain whether Roll was involved in leading the team. Despite this, Leicester City remained interested in the German coach.

It is reported that Leicester City senior executives have also interviewed at least two other candidates. After the team fired Van Nistruy ten days ago, they have carried out a long coach selection assessment work. The club has not yet determined the preferred candidate, but a decision is expected to be made before the weekend's warm-up match.
