According to CCTV News, FIFA announced on the 3rd that the first round of ticket sales for the 2026 US-Canada-Mexico World Cup will be opened on September 10, 2025. In the first round of ticket sales, the lowest ticket price for the group stage is US$60 (approximately RMB 428.5), and the highest ticket price for the final is US$6730 (approximately RMB 48,067). Hemo Sirgi, chief operating officer of the US, Canada and Mexico World Cup, said that ticket prices will be dynamically adjusted based on market conditions.

According to reports, due to strong expectations of demand, World Cup tickets will be released in stages. The first phase of ticket sales adopts a lottery pre-sale system. Fans who are willing to buy tickets must first register a fan account on the FIFA official website, and must be a cardholder of VISA, an FIFA official payment partner at the age of 18 to register for the lottery.

The registration time for the first round of pre-sale is from September 10 to 19. Winners will receive email notifications from September 29, and the ticket purchase window will be opened one after another on October 1. After the ticket sales start, you can purchase single-game tickets for 104 games, and you can also purchase stadium packages and team packages.

FIFA said that in order to ensure that all fans have the opportunity to participate in this World Cup, fans who have not won the lottery or want to purchase additional tickets can participate in the ticket purchase in the subsequent stage. The second phase of ticket sales and the third phase of ticket purchase are also drawn by lottery, and the registration window is roughly determined to be after the World Cup group draws end from October 27 to 31 and December 5. In addition, fans can purchase remaining tickets on a first come first served basis as the event begins.

The US, Canada and Mexico World Cup will be held in 16 cities in the United States, Canada and Mexico from June to July 2026. It will be the first World Cup with 48 teams participating.
